I'm going with this option.

Also why is my power still on?

Maybe a worldwide blackout is happening Monday Northern Hemisphere time ;)
I have been drinking beer all day out by the pool. I'm a bit cooked but shouldn't we be in lockdown and without power by now?

I'm no fan, but so he should. He's a bloody tennis player and he's no threat to anyone. Let him play. If Hawke bans him, he'll be banned from coming to Australia for 3 years and that is crazy.

Who?

Solid effort if he does

Haha .... Alex Hawke. Bob would have let him in.

Hahaha catching on, good one.

Looks like she wasn't vaccinated the first time though when she caught the Delta strain in early 2020. In early 2020 it was the original virus strain.

Also interesting was in the article was the description between delta and Omni.

Omni seems less aggressive at this stage.

Obviously natural immunity will be better than a vaccine, however it looks like the immunity from the vaccine plus the natural immunity from the original virus didn't stop her from getting Omnicom.

I've noticed they have completely dropped the "fully protected" language
It's now down to reduces the chances (which can't be measured)

Sure they can measure it.

Without it we would have been in a worldwide lockdown yesterday.

One thing inspires me in these gloomy boomer days
That someone is going to make money with a magic bullet cure for Covid by formulating a cure

Vaccines are a help , but only for protection
I wait every day for the magic bullett

The solution for covid is whatever the next major event that takes the media's attention away from covid.

As soon as there is something else for everyone to focus on then this thing loses its momentum and is treated the way it needs to be.

No vaccine for any infection guarantees you won't get it again - the purpose is to reduce the risk and severity.
The Corona virus is similar to the influenza one and will mutate especially while it is infiltrating a new host.
In time it will be like the 'flu - get the annual booster.

I actually got real Tetanus some years ago, but about a month after my last booster shot, and all I needed was a course of the right antibiotic. However, I know have 10x the basic immunity level usually achieved and can't have any more Tetanus boosters...

Totally agree. Makes you wonder why they kept on with the narrative that you are "fully protected"
It's misleading / deceptive / absolute BS..................but it worked.
