Hurt losing Fogarty after quarter time, I see he had no touches in the last three quarters, why did he go off?
If you want to go quickly, go alone.

I watched most of the game from the West.

Bulldogs last quarter very impressive. Naughton becoming one of the best contested marks in the game.

Bont almost sealed goal of the year with that effort. Ridiculously good.

Agreed. It seems we 'respond' each time we're criticised which is every third week. Some consistency would be ideal. I was talking to a Swans supporter and discussed 'us' with him. I said I'd like to be the Swans where I know each week what I'm going to get. Being a Carlton supporter seems to be a raffle. Our worst and best are miles apart.

Useless (?) stats :

Last 4 weeks Adelaide has had 90 shots on goal, Walker has had 24 of them. 26%.

He's kicked 10 goals from those 24 shots.

The (?) really wasn't necessary.

To be fair they had Rowe, Murray and McAdam to deal with as defensive forwards.

I found some footage of McAdam from yesterday.....

**** your witch hunt. Got anything to say about Blicavs getting elbowed in the head by the Big O on Thursday? Yeah didn't think so. Or how about Simpkin getting the exact same thing Joel did by Mumford and not one word was said about that the week before. Silence again from the moral avengers on Safooty. Some consistency would be nice.

Agree Boondog.

I have been really comfortable with the AFL's stance on trying to wipe out non football acts eg the punch to the guts. Albeit the AFL like most things have struggled for consistency and balance in applying the rules.

Aussie rules will be much better for not having blokes getting their heads rubbed in the dirt after a tackle etc in 10 years time when all of it is completely exterminated.
