Yeah, it was under what I was budgeting for anyway, they had two that I applied for and so I also specified that the other one was a preference but I'm happy to proceed with this application.

Just an update, the owner is looking favourably at your application however we have presented another 23 applications that have offered $10 more, would you like to increase you offer for the property.


I replied to proceed but told them that I am more interested in their other property that I inspected.
