I told you all that at the start of the year. Unless Scott changes the style and he's to pig headed to do that, thats why he's not in the upper echelon of coaches. And dont give me his W/L record as proof he is.

More frees at home, again. Blatant down ground frees missed when players are concussed costing goals, yep I hear ya.
On to my mob. Definite improvement week by week. Kids getting a run up against a bigger, finals playing Geelong side is invaluable. When they move the ball quickly & choose the first option, we look good. Still too many unforced errors (especially going in to F50)
Every team has injuries, I get it. They hurt more with such a young squad. I reckon we’ve got 10 out at the moment who play if fit.

Forget the possible report, a blatant free kick down ground resulting in a goal should have at least been paid.

My issue was the free kick we got after the goal....

But there were other questionables that you lot got... I think it was to even up the rough treatment we got in rd 1

Good round for the tips, and readonable on the punt (included Brisbane to win the AFLW final) .. missed a couple decent multis though due to the Cats not winning by 38+ and Hawkins not kicking 3 or more goals.

What you’ve seen in the past fortnight would certainly encourage me if I were a North supporter. How good was Cunnington again yesterday btw, that passage of play where he dummy handballed a coupla times before perfectly executing was pure poetry.

At least you got a 4 quarter effort.

Was at the G yesterday to watch the Hawks be competitive in what was a scrappy affair. Can't recall seeing 2 sides burn, & I mean napalm, so many forward entries. Who'd be a forward?

Start of last quarter, Moore snaps a good goal and we are back to a 6pt deficit. Then Tim O'Brien (Ranga Buddy) drops a regulation mark at the top of the goals square (Nash having set a nice screen for him) which would have see it all tied away.

What happened in the next 22 minutes was awful.

Crows in Tassie - danger game. Then we have Saints at Marvel, anyone's guess before the Eagles at the G.

Hope there's some talent in the draft.

Hawks are in that real dangerous 'one bad quarter' phase. The losses to Freo, Geelong, Richmond, Melbourne pretty much down to one bad quarter of footy.

So often we see teams like this at all levels with the comment, once they eradicate that bad quarter they will be a good side. In most cases there still saying the same thing in 5 years time......take my Centrals as case in point.
