It's not like players need "resting", they are T20's and they're spaced far enough apart.
I thought our batting line up looked frail if the top order shat itself, Jhye is not a number 8 nor Kane a number 9, it seemed odd to omit Sams for this reason.
It's difficult to guess what they will do, it is also difficult to attempt to do what my line up would look like, I think Marsh is batting too low as a specialist batsman, is his spot in jeopardy? You'd tend to lean towards McDermott, or play both, drop Wade and elevate Philippe.

Unfortunately I'd probably lean towards Sams over the Dorff do give us a bit more batting depth although I can understand why they showed faith in their last line up, if you're relying on 8-11 to dig you out of the shit in a T20 you're probably going to lose anyway.
