Just listened to the full interview, as usual the media highlight the bit that will get clicks, he said Noble has 2-3 years to get the team into a position to challenge for top 4, not make it.

From what I’m hearing, things are far more dire at Essendon right now.
I expect North to comfortably have more wins and be nowhere near finishing bottom.
