Understand that, but nothing about Div 4 or Div 5.

Bingo
Yep, had this confirmed by couple of Lockleys people today. Mentioned earlier on here they were wanting a player coach, so Plugger (Matt McDonough) been appointed.
Many Lockleys people (and posters on here!) thought they would win the flag in a canter with their gun team, so the fact they fell in by a point in the GF was the nail in the coffin for the coach.
Seems a tough call, but were rumblings around the place later in the season. Time will tell, just because a bloke played a couple of AFL games and never lived up to his reputation does not necessarily make him a good coach?

You do need to give some credit to Kenilworth for the way they played. Lockleys only just got over the line. If the free kick was given near the end, Kenilworth would have won.

A grade Co coaches announced for 2021
The club would like to announce Matthew Mcdonough and Tom Clarke as the A grade coaches for 2021
Matt was a premiership player for the club in 2020 after joining his brother Tom ( also a 2020 premiership player ) last year from Keith Football club after stints at Richmond FC & North Adelaide Football Club.
Tom came to us last year as an assistant coach in the A grade after previously winning 2x Mail medals and premierships at Port Bulldogs and PHOS Camden Football Club. Also had 4 seasons at Central Districts in the Sanfl
We are looking forward to seeing what they bring to the playing group.

Not often Bedge is wrong, but he's right again.

Oh dear. Zed's best player and his assistant. The football equivalent of your best mate and your missus getting together a couple of weeks after your divorce.
Will they be coaching in Div 4 or Div 5?

Name him as co coach as a way to dodge the cap.
