Clearly the best team in the competition right now.
4 weeks ago they were buckled wheels...funny game AFL
4 weeks ago Kelly hadn't settled in, Naitanui was off and they clearly hadn't embraced the hub. They now play 3 games in 3 weeks, Saturday, Sunday, Sunday all at home. They're 5-3 now, they're 8-3 and top 2 by then.

Hopefully.
A few more pieces clicked yesterday. Certianly the midfield were up and about and Kelly played his best game for us so far.
The good thing was that we got rolling and started moving the ball well, also how the **** Darling dropped that sitter 15m out is beyond me at the moment. That bloke, sometimes, just sometimes you wonder.
Still it's a super happy Stan this morning.
Read my reply. It is directed at you because you have double standards
Geezus, that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Geelong win every stat except for the frees as per usual. Short break till the Eagles in Perth now, youch.

less said about that game the better. Terrible conditions but really the umpires may not as well been out there. I really dont know where they get them from. Scragging, in the back, the whole works just let it go. Absolutely destroying the game as we knew it

The AFL is to blame, they have made the game impossible to umpire well.

Gets 1 week.
Good week to put the reserves in. We aren't winning anyway.

They're saying he might get it thrown out. That would be nice.
They can't have it thrown out, surely? At a stretch maybe downgraded to a fine, but in my opinion it's worth a week. He just has to stop taking cheap shots at blokes.

Yep, doesn't help that he has a very strong physique, can easily inflict hurt.
Interesting stat: He has been suspended for 7 of his last 88 games but never missed one through suspension in his first 176 games.

Clearly he learnt nothing after costing us the flag last year*.
*bit of a stretch but would have been handy at 5 goals up on richmond in prelim with gws in the gf.
