I am certain that a club/community as proud as Murrayville really appreciate their favourite sons travelling back, the 3 hours trip each week and playing for their club.Even the adelaide boys bring their families up to watch and to get involved in the community spirit which is footy in the country.These people stay the weekend and generate money through the towns footyclub, pub and shops
As with every club in the league renuneration would be a factor but would not be the reason for so many of these lads to return and play for the club they love and their heritage they are so proud of.
Player payments are a good investment for the town and its community

What most other clubs forget about Murrayville is that they have the longest distance to travel. The players that travel from adelaide travel twice the distance that karoonda, peake and borders players travel so to say that they are doing it for the money is a disgrace. How many Adelaide based players who play for karoonda, peake and borders don't travel to murrayville home games?? SOFT as mr whippy's sherbert cone.

As for whoever questioned if I was Mallebull under a new name - if you knew who I was you would know that I definately don't look like the big bull

All i am asking is if the two incidents posted on here about the grand final are true or not? You can put up what ever you want about who plays where and whos cousins cat lived in Murrayville and how much people avoid going to Murrayville as a vistior you want. Is it true or not MalleeBull ?
