I never have before but going from working over 40 hours a week and then football commitments to nothing I have been looking at everything we do

I used http://www.glenelg-glass.com.au/ once and they were top notch, great price and service and just a decent torp from Glenelg Oval.

I found nothing better around the southern suburbs at the time.

Anyone ever had a refund through CATCH?

I ordered a parcel on the 6th that hasn’t arrived.
CATCH have said it’s more than likely loss so they’ll refund the money.

They refunded the cost less GST
WTF?

It’s only a couple of $$ so I don’t care about the coin but it’s the principle.

They said they don’t refund GST coz the item came from the UK.
I never ordered it from the UK, I ordered it from CATCH.

I’ve emailed them to refund my GST and they can chase the GST from the supplier in the UK.

This should be fun.
