Parmi and a few pints at the Port Hughes Tavern will fix the hangover.

Booked in for tea tonight. About to take the dog for a walk/swim down the beach, grab the paper, watch the second NFL game & it will be time for a nap.

Incredible how many properties were burnt everywhere but the houses were saved, must be an incredible story for every house that was saved. Pretty spooky driving around some of the back roads imagining what it must have been like.
Anyway what I rated was struggling to find somewhere to have lunch, through Woodside and Lobethal all the bakeries and cafe's were choc full and absolutely flat out, great to see people in the towns and getting the cash registers pinging, the flow on effects cant be underestimated in the local community.
Will make sure I take the family up there one weekend in March/April for a drive, feed and buy from the local stores.
