Also, bloke at the servo yesterday pulls up next to a pump, no fuel, just needed a parking spot to go inside and use the ATM. There’s car parks for a reason mate.

Also when the morons drive in the wrong way and end up facing the exit, that sh!t really grinds my gears.

Yep, twice recently I’ve pulled into a servo with the car in front doing the same.
BOTH TIMES these arse-clowns stop at the FIRST pump, when all 3 have been free! Then I get the dirty look when I go around them & use the pump in front of them...

Whereabouts?

All clear around me at Allenby Gardens this morning, will be out and about today though so wouldn't mind knowing where to avoid.

Western end earlier in the week, although they were better this morning. There's roadworks right in front of our office though which slows things up a bit (opposite Findon Hotel pretty much). Apparently they hit a gas pipe a coupla days ago so its taken longer than expected.

The saving grace though is that among the dozen or so blokes working out there there's one solitary lass and she's tidy as

Getting a visa to enter Bangladesh. What a ******* nightmare........

Applied online 4 weeks ago, application rejected. They didn't say why, just rejected it!

So I filled out a paper version, went and got 2 new passport sized photo's, and mailed it to them (registered mail) along with my actual passport. I was really uncomfortable parting with my passport. This was a week & a half ago. Included with the application was my flight, hotel details along with a list of the companies I am visiting, also a covering letter from my GM. A week goes by, nothing. Then I get a call last Friday, that I need a letter of invitation from a customer I am visiting. FFS.

So I draft the letter myself, e-mail it to a customer in Bangers, kindly asking them to print off on company letterhead & sign it. I get that back over the weekend. Forward it to the Bangers High Commission in Canberra on Monday. Heard nothing. Call them today, 15 minutes on hold..... they can't find my application. Oh ******* wonderful! We will call you back says Abdul.......as all I can hear is people arguing with each other in the background in whatever language they speak...

Got a call back just now, they have found the application, and thankfully my passport. Should be approved tomorrow & returned to me by Monday.

Nightmare, & I haven't even left yet.

Update:-

Bangers Visa approved, apparently! We sent an Express Post Envelope to the Bangers High Commission in Canberra so they could return the visa & my passport. Just attempted to track the parcel, sent back on Friday. No trace! Great. This nightmare just keeps on going.

Second Edit: - Passport & Bangers Visa arrived this morning, thank ****!

Come on! You'd need a Project Manager, a Business Analyst, a Systems Analyst, a Programmer, Hardware Engineers, a Test Analyst, independent testers, an Automation Enginer and a host of support including 3 levels of help desks! Throw in HR support/management and you're looking at least 30 jobs.
Much more efficient than 2 kids on the counter.
