Buns For Crowds Elimination/Qualifying Finals

There's a Bun up for grabs to whoever can tip closest to the Double Header Crowd for the first week of finals on Sunday.

There is also the finals series of Buns For Crowds in progress: This usually runs in parallel to the McIntyre Final Five format, but this year we have a tie for fifth place, and third place:

To progress to the next round, finalists only have to get closer to the figure for the double header than the other finalists in their group. Losers from the Elimination Final group will be Eliminated, and the losers of the Qualifying group will meet the survivor from the Elimination next week.
Obviously the person who tips first is surrendering a big advantage to those that tip later. Because of this finalists can PM me their tips, and I will put them up here when all tipsters from that particular group are in, so no one is unfairly advantaged.

I can't think of how we could do that and protect the advantages earnt by the 6 finalists. Maybe you are thinking that the winner from this week could go in to the 2nd semi final group for next week, possibly making it a three way final? Then the winner from next week would be an extra participant in the preliminary final, again a three way final? I am unsure of the angle of this "Big Bun Intruder". Could you outline your idea and perhaps we could have a heated discussion about it with the finalists putting in their two bobs worth?
