There's always a bit of a joke going on when we do a syndicate on how everyone will retire if we won, I get scoffed at when I tell them that I'll still come to work if we win, how much of a win is the cut off between paying everything off and living comfortably or actually quitting?
Anything under $2M would see me continue to work in my current job.

Agreed, $2m would change yours and your kids lives but you'll still be working.

While I was waiting for my order the radio was playing, and they had it a bit louder than usual, and on a "doof doof" station...... Anyway the song is playing and the lyric came on...."Put ya hands in the air, put ya ******* hands in the air"........ not the words you want to hear in Broady!

If you win a mil you'd probably buy a nice house, nice car and go on an extravagant once in a lifetime holiday with the family, that would chew a large portion up, chuck in a car each for the kids or a deposit for a house for them.
The nice house you brought would bite you in the arse with council rates etc.
A million dollar win and I'm still rocking up each day.

Nice house, good area, you're $800k+ out of pocket, hopefully you're not after a new Range Rover.
