Willaston really lack a big player, they have no real talls, have the leg speed and youthbut have no real targets and a guy like coghill should be a forward and not being there main ruckman

Can anyone form Nuri tell me how old Adam O'Hara is? I used to play with an Adam O'Hara and I'm wondering if it's the same one?

No suprises to see Willaston knocked out of the 2007 finals race by Tanunda , the new import ruling in the BL&G next year will see the Gawler clubs back up the top of ladder for sure .
What i dont know about football isnt worth knowing .

Am I the only one who thinks it's stupidity that Tanunda finish 3rd and get week off before the prelim, whereas Freeling finish 2nd and have only 7 days between their 2nd Semi and the prelim? Surely the league can play both semi finals on the same weekend? You'd almost prefer to finish lower on the ladder and take your chances winning the 1st Semi.

Pag - the same thing happens in the Mallee. I don't understand it either.

country footy usually plays 1 week at a time so its not stupid. Enusures maximum attendance each week of the finals. works well for a final 4 system

I understand the maximum attendance side of it Heater, but why not play one on the Saturday and one on the Sunday? Surely whoever whoever loses the 2nd semi is disadvantaged?

Pag - again I agree with you.
In the Riverland it's a final four system and the semis are played on Sat/Sun - ensures maximum attendance.

Well it look sas if Barossa Have this years premiership wrapped up, i cant see Tanunda beating them unless they have a day out.

It will be interesting to see how they go next year though with a players leaving to go to Kilburn and North Clare!!!!!

Gawler Centrals signed Mark brant on to coach again 4 weeks ago. From what i hear the club is very happy with him and despite not having alot of success this year, Brazza is very good with the developement of the young lads which im sure they will be looking at doing.

Interested in the future of South Gawler star Nick Prokopec.
Believe he is teaching in Whyalla next year at Saint Johns College, can anyone confirm this?
