Picking players to play in position which they normally don't play in.
Example there were no back pocket players picked who normally play there. This look boys playing against men.

A good player is a versatile one mate.
I've played rep footy in all my senior years and i've rarely been picked to play a possie.
It's also a good opportunity for players to try new roles, surely you would embrace the challenge if playing in a different possie in rep footy??

Yeah true

Expirence you can do that

With lack expirence in th NC rep zone you can't when senior players make there self unavailabe.

Reid is only 26, A Grantham is 22, Shillabeer is 18, Hannes is 22, Colins is 18. That are some of the ages of promising players and there are more around that age. I think training squad should open any one can attend by selecting your top 10 players who are interested and it frome there. The Senior coach selects the 10 and Rep training goes for 4 weeks so the best side possible can get picked.

Probably the main reason for this is each zone needs a coach which doesn't coaches in any club so the best players can be picked. However a rumour is NAFL joing the NC Rep zone is this true?

Adelaide Lutheran Football Club

M. McFarlane
R. Miegel
J. West
D. Hodges
I. Hoklas

Could throw a few others in there, but based on number of games, these would be the top 5.

Richter had a very inconsistent year and really didn't perform the way he can, Harrison is only in his first year at the club and missed 5 games, Grocke would be close.
