fair to say if imps hold onto the lad for next year, he could be a real chance then.
so long as harrafield doesnt pinch too many votes off him...

If the stories of the coin he was getting are true then he would be silly to head back to town to play SANFL reserves

I think Wait came to Imps because of Puckridge who came because of L Harrowfield so it would be a good bet they all stay around.

true, though i have heard of possible plans for wait to travel overseas next year too. chasing a woman?

and is harrowfield truly happy where he is, having being disciplined for ongoing sat night antics this year? could this mean they might lose all three?? surely not, as there would be too many rea$on$ to hang around. and you would imagine how the go next week will be a key factor.

I wonder if they'll chase the older Wait next season too, given that he would have played his 100th for Port (tomorrow) by time next season comes around. Maybe not enough points available to them with the new system apparently coming in next year.

not sure, he has won a div 1 medal with Port District and may head back there. The youngest of the 4 brothers is currently in the twos there. or he may just give up, its taken him this long to get to 100 games there can't be too much petrol left in the tank

Good to see the Bluds get over the line, dont think Ramblers would have been able to get close to Imps, so it should make for a great GF.

Any news on the injuries for both sides coming into the GF?

So another Jervois v Imps GF coming up. Imps have the extra week break but the Bluds the home ground advantage.

Anyone know of any injury (or suspension) problems with either club?

I think Woodhouse of Jervois was suspended last game for his 3rd yellow card of the season...
That should only be 1 week though making him a handy inclusion for the GF.

Watching the game on saturday I was surprised at the lack of fights... Maybe with a close game both teams had next week on their minds. Absolutely huge crowd though

My family is steeped in Imperials history.
So I love em.
Lol.
It’s going to be a huge match, but the form of the Imps of the last few weeks has shown they are the dominant team of late.
Like the look of the Imperials firepower up forward.
Several key options all hitting form at the right times.
Hopefully it’s another high scoring affair.

Yeah Imps for me too, I dont think Jervois Backline will be able to handle Shiell, Seyers and Harrowfield.

These two teams have dominated the league for a while now and to show their depth the B grade GF would have been the same sides if Mannum didn't have an upset win over Imps on saturday
