I love JJ, had many laughs at his expense ;)

He is a weird dude, not the average Joe.

Adelaide’s JLT1 team is:

B: A. Otten, A. Keath, J. Kelly
HB: P. Seedsman, R. Laird, W. Milera
C: B. Smith, M. Crouch, R. Knight
HF: E. Betts, T. Lynch, R. Douglas
F: D. Fogarty, J. Jenkins, T. Walker
Foll: S. Jacobs, R. Sloane, C Ellis-Yolmen
I/C: B. Crouch, M. Poholke, K. Hartigan, C. Jones, R. Atkins, T. Doedee, R. O’Brien, L. Murphy

Emerg: J. Gallucci, T. Stengle, N. McHenry, P. Wilson
Not Availble: Talia, Gibbs, Mackay, Hugh Greenwood

Good to see a near full outfit suit up, only 3 to come back in for round 1. Going to be some unlucky players come selection round 1.

Forward and Mids set but a few backline spots up for grabs. Keath v Hartigan, Kelly/Otten to miss out

Did he have to get his parents to sign the consent form for the excursion? Gee the lad looks young.

It's Broadies zone, he had no choice.

Very happy with what I saw on the weekend. Our defensive set up and structure for nearly 3 quarters was very good. Doedee and Milera looked to have improved again and patrolled that half back line. Smith and Brouch will be a like a new recruits this year and both looked in top notch condition. Our skills were elite for most of the game as well, at one stage they said we were kicking at 70%, especially given the heat and fatigue the players were under which was good to see.

This saying that's crept into AFL parlance boils my piss. "Yeah, he's like a new recruit coming into the side".

No, he's not. He's been there for years, knows the system inside and out, knows the players, coaches, his role and those around him inside and out. Almost like the opposite to a "new recruit".
