Would be fair to say the Bombers have struggled in the big man division for the last few years, might be attempting to entice the big Juice man back perhaps...???

surely they'd be looking for someone a little younger than that?

My mail is that it has never been done in the history of the league in A grade.
I beleive a few sides have had an undefeated season but fallen at the last hurdle.
Oh well theres always a first time for everything.... heres hoping.

Brighton need a big man, old or young. They dont seem to breed them too big down there..plenty of fast midfeilders but no one over 6ft 2. Juice Lindsay still goes alright I would imagine he would be hard to move off the ball in a ruck contest..

I don't know who Juice Lindsay is, but this player would probably be one of the top three ruckmen down there.

The reason that Juice left Bombers was because he was second ruck to Ben Brookman and always played off the bench - would that be right Hotdogs, maybe a guarantee to get full games might entice him back.

Trust me he's a lot better than Juice! Juice didn't even play in the ruck for Myponga he was overweight and too slow.

hills the shoes might not have had a great year but they will improve next year but when you mention ruckmen in the SFL from what i have seen this year Comer has been one of the best ruckmen in the comp and is still fairly young around 26 i think

Both to be tight games... I'm going with Cove and Happy Valley. Now that we are down to a genuine 6 sides that can play the game either game could go the other way... Should be a good weekend of footy, good luck to those that are playing..

Ben Brookman will be returning to Adelaide from London at the end of this year.....other players that will be targeted for next year are a CHB, CHF and FF.....

So here is a plug.....any players that are interested in playing at Brighton next year contact the club....Tony Francis will be onboard again and with the current crop of players there is some exciting times ahead at Bomber Park......

You could play all of those positions Franky, all at the same time as well, I suggest you get back into training and give it one last crack, remember your out of footy for a long time...

I think you'll find most footy clubs around Australia look at recruiting a ruckman, CHB, CHF every year so it doesn't surprise me Brighton have interest there. As for Ben Brookman can he even play? He appears to be light and easily knocked off the footy. However
Expecting Brighton to beat the Valleys too good in close for HV.
Cove beat Porties only just.
