Sounds great Jase, I can relate to some of your feelings as my daughter is currently exploring next door Vietnam, had a homestay with a family two days ago and yesterday was exploring viet cong tunnels. Doing the full country from south to north.
She did Europe last year, I'm amazed at her ability to save money as a full time student. I couldn't do it at her age on a full time wage!

I've heard of people doing that, I might give it a go, the kids live on toast so there's no point worrying about their bread.

I'm a huge mustard pickles on toast fan, pretty sure we all traded some uses last year on here.

I'd never thought of it either, until I got married. Apparently it's all the rage in North America.

The thing I like about it is that when you quickly zap it for 30 seconds in the microwave, it doesn't have that weird taste that it often does after being in the freezer.

1 more working day.

2018 really has skipped by as fast as any year I recall. Looking forward to a couple of week off to do next to **** all and not have to worry about shoes and socks for two weeks!

No, not at all.

I'm guessing you, like many people, will be back on the 7th? Between now and then we've got a few days to get everything done for Xmas Day, then do nothing as 39° smashes us Boxing Day, perfect for doing **** all eating left overs for 90 overs, then a few days to potter around before a weekend and New Years, then before we know it we'll be back into it mate.

Do as you please, I reckon.

Yeah, Mildura, her family, we station ourselves at her mum's where I spend my time on the back porch drinking and doing crosswords to pass the time, we'll go visit the rest of the family individually as they don't all talk to each other.

I'm a bit of a homebody, we just moved last week so I still have a ton of shit to set up and unpack, I hate having to organize someone to feed the dog and water the plants while we're away, last time we went all of my veggies died.

My life is pretty full on with work and kids sports, I have very little free time on weekends and most days I set sail for work around 6:30am and don't get home til 7ish with trainings, pick ups and drop off, I appreciate time to unwind, sleep in and recharge my batteries. I'm run down, permanently tired and sick of my life being so over committed yet there's nothing I can do about it.

Time is worth more than money in my eyes.
