Do people think the sausage is some kind of magical device that will prevent the onions from falling off the bread? How will the sausage stop the onions from falling?

What then if the bread gets so soggy as the oily onions have sodden the bread to a point that it loses all structural integrity and the onions burn your hands? Will we now need the onions presented tepid to avoid burn hazards?

What if the lubricious onions fail to prevent the aforementioned sausage from slipping and, not unlike a seagull, you find yourself in a position of vulnerability with a length of sausage down your throat?

Funny to think that snags in bread have structural integrity

There was discussion at work as Smiths are bringing out a sausage and sauce flavoured chip then this dumb chick says "Tell them to make sure it's a Bunnings sausage because they are the best".

I tried to point out that the volunteers buy the snags from the place of their choice, she wouldn't have a bar of it, she thinks that Bunnings actually make the snags.

A brilliant piece of marketing.

Zero cost, last a week, probably longer, sales in their stores will go through the roof, and some charities will sell even more snags. Onion farmers probably happy as well.

On a more serious note, footage from interstate shows that a bun instead of bread was used frequently. Is this better or is it messing with a long held tradition?
