she has messaged me many times while being absent warning me against going to certain KFC's, telling me that she's stuck in hospital with an illness that the doctors can't diagnose.
She is so full of shit, we have caught her out at least 10 times.
Our policy is for mondays, fridays and before/after public holidays then a Doc certificate is needed.
If she is never there, they could just make her job part time?? But that might suit her more...
