Spot on Locky. It all comes down to 1 game now and anything can happen on the day. I’d suggest we both hope our team plays near their best then win or lose, heads can be held high.

Yeah that was me. Happy to be wrong about North this year. Can only hope history repeats and you run out of steam like you did in 2013

I like the way you think. Hopefully Cotton and the Norwood brains trust are on the same page.

Glad North made it, but I reckon that match would have wrung a lot out of them. Not sure the Elim analogy is all that relevant to this week, despite the same sentiments expressed.

I watched the first half on TV before heading out and came home to see North won.
Did the Eagles choke or North just full of run in the second half?
Or both?

Reports North had 19 on the ground during the last quarter for about 5 minutes.

Wow eagles could’ve called for a count and been in the GF. Now it will just be a fine.

The Eagles need a new coach

Absolutely Piss Weak
They have played finals for the last 7 years and have done stuff all!!!

North were young, brave and relentless and the Eagles looked tired, but to their credit they hit back with the last 2 goals of the game. When North get off the leash they’re bloody hard to hold out.

What are the odds of that happening twice in finals around the country on the same day!

Interesting to know when seeing Spina and Thring were cooked and on the bench,

If it's correct surely the Eagles would have called a count, hell nothing on the line, no wait a G/F spot.

An the interchange stewards would have been aware and bought it to the emergency umpires attention

Also what's the SANFL rules on this, most other comps now dont have the score taken away etc
