A lot of those are Norwood players who have returned home after their time in the AFL was up. Some of these guys could have got plenty more $$ elsewhere

Look I'd probably think the same if I barracked for anyone else, everyone thought the same of the Dogs and Eagles when They were winning, but no one knows.
Jims right, Panos, Grigg, Fuller, Wilkins, Shenton etc could likely get more elsewhere but probably not enough to switch away from your home
