Gees, massive outs for us this week.

Not early excuses, but it could be tough.

This could mean two things –
Either your trying to bluff Walkerville into thinking you have a few out this week
Or your making excuses already incase you lose.

Im tipping you guys either way.. Walkerville are soft.

Athelstone have played for most of the year without there full side – no excuses Turbo
I wanna see a good competitive game on Saturday –

Any chance to get a phone number from someone who will be at the S/W vs Iggies game. (that should be another great game)

Let me know guys.

From what i can see 2 guys did not come up for smosh, Was out training all week and saw a few old/new faces, Ormand allen was running around and think he may be playing in the lower grades this week. Smosh would have had close to 100 on the track thursday night and about 70 on tuesday night. Things are going strong downh there.
We're in hell right now gentlemen. Believe me. And we can stay here, get the shit kicked out of us, or we can fight our way back into the light. We can climb outta hell... one inch at a time.

Cracker had a clean out on his knee. He may just be getting fit for the end of season trip or even next year i am not sure he was moving very well.

TIPS

Q/F - SMOSH By 8 Goals. They are a class above Walkies. Josh Alphabet for BOG.

E/F - Salisbury West by 3 Goals. Iggies will go with them for 3 quarters but wont be able to sustain it. If this game was anywhere but Salisbury Downs I'd back Iggies in but the hostile environment of Salisbury Downs should see Westies get over the line.

Didn't S/W lose at home last year against CBCOC in a final?
In games like these they are there own worst enemy!

Iggies take note, S/W will come out swinging for the first bounce.
They will relish it if you retaliate, if you dont they will be clueless.
Stick your head over the footy, be first at the ball, play fair but play hard and keep your composure. DO NOT STICK YOUR HEAD IN THE SAND BECAUSE IT GETS A LITTLE ROUGH.
If you can play a game of keep off for a half of footy (not necessarily looking at high scoring but more so possession) they will be frustrated and end up turning on each other. After half time you'll have the opportunity to open the flood gates and speed the game up.

Ha guess you'll have to wait and see mate :p

We SHOULD roll Walkerville but finals is a whole different ballgame.

From what I hear FootyMad, you are right about Grossy. Would be great to have him back in the side, adds a lot.

Lukey? Didn't see or hear that he did a hammy? He's the ice king anyways. Keeps the local Servo afloat.

Good win apart from letting them back into the game slightly in the last.

Poor old Number ten from Walkerville, whoever plays on Ed gets savaged by the hill every week.

Would be an aweseome day if somewhow the SAAFL allowed A's, B's and C's to play on the same day in a triple header. Would make for an awesome atmosphere and I'm sure Raggies would make a packet from it.

Whats the Ground Conditions like at Raggie land? Holding up alright hopefully.

What number is Luke Porplycia -
Was i right or was i right - Walkerville are soft. I left at half time, thats how bad Walkerville are.
Losing Smid in the first qtr didn’t help but Walkerville couldn’t even get the ball across half forward. Obviously the second half was better.
The standard of footy was terrible to watch on Saturday but smosh were a class above Walkerville.

My tips were right again – Smosh & S/W – Any news on the S/w vs Iggies game

S/w will beat Walkerville this week – Unless Walkerville can pull a rabbit out of hat & hit some form. I did hear Walkerville has a few out on Saturday – Any truth to that.

Yeah cruzn9 it was a pretty tight game for the first 3 quarters they led for the most part... But we turned it on in the 4th, and ended up winning by 5 goals.
