Can you Lofty boys get any more arrogant? Respect where respect is due... You talk about Lofty dropping it JQ question has to be asked why? i reckon its cos Ironbanks pressure on the ball all day finally made you boys crack, too little too late having said that though!

Muffy, unaccountable, front-running :o I would have thought that was the reason for Ironbanks late comeback, your lack of accountability through the midfield.

I'm rooting for Blackwood!

weve also got too players to come into the a's nxt week so we'll get a couple of quality players back in too.

Well that will be useful seeming they have the week off... Couple of extras for the drinking team this week then :-&

I'd say that both teams are in a similar position... It was eluded to earlier in the year that it's no coincidence the 5 teams making up the business end had a C grade side this year... The depth is really handy & means there is always a fit & willing contributor ready to stand up if required. Also meaning that team performance is not altered too much where injury/availability intervene.

Not to mention the added $$$ into the club, C grade is here to stay lets hope...

Special One - everyone has shown some arrogance on here, and I think with a solid win on the weekend (after being pushed) and being premiers, you're entitled to a little bit of arrogance.
Your point about Lofty's accountability is fair and I'm not sure where the blame lies. And my pount was only about ONE IB players' accountability, not the whole midfield.
YOU'RE rooting for Blackwood? Good on ya, champ. Are you and the other 2 gonna rock up?

Righto... thought you were someone who may have played a few seasons of footy with him in the past, seems I may have been ill informed there.

He'd be a huge chance for the 2's Mail Medal & the ties you speak of in Div 2 would be a couple of ex Thunderer mates, we all know that one...

Being that D Ex was reappointed over the weekend & the success (to date - not getting ahead of ourselves) there is little doubt where Donks will play in 2008 if the body is still up to it... Woops, that little birdy just pooped on ya shoulder!

From memory the Dorfers usually get the 2nd Semi, however since we "apparently" have a rotation system in place know, who knows?

Still cannot believe we have to play a Qualifying final @ the Velodrome... Balhannah, Barker, Cabbage all available & no A grade team from them playing?

As TDU mentioned earlier, lets pray for clear skies all week & everybody practice running up hill whilst leaning to one side.

Spot on, 2 Old...it's a disgrace.
I suggested Cabbage a couple of weeks ago. A lot closer for BOTH teams as well.

just wanted to post a quick congratulations to m. jones for winning the b and f medal count for the B's awesome player. reckon one of the main reasons the bankers came back in the second half was because jonesy got injured.

so these 4 clubs usually get a final. Lobey, Onkas, Handorf, Uraidla. One now must miss out. Someone wont be happy, Big loss of $$... hope its cabbage :D

I think IB should look at hiring out the 2nd hole at Blackwood GC for carparks and get a finals game if its on a rotation basis!

Well nobody should miss out as there are still 4 finals to go after this week... Lobey should get the big one, as for both semi's & the prelim who knows but I dare say your other 3 suggestions are on the money.

You wouldn't see much from the 2nd hole @ Blackwood (as I think parking around the ground rates highly, not just parking spaces), perhaps we could get Dogga to chew a few of those trees down that are in the way
