pretty quiet on the hope valley front especially their B-Grade haha. Fantastic intense A-Grade win pretty remarkable to get over the line without both of our co-captains, a vice captain and the favourite for the B&F all due back this week. heroic last minute effort from our youngest player to smother a potentially match winning goal in the goal square. should be 2 cracker games up at golden grove this week

I believe that there is confusion about a player being sent off or something like that. Not sure hopefully someone has some info.

yeh a few are back our B-Grade has been on rotation all year due to the amount of players so our results dont really reflect on how strong the side could be untill now.

According to the info i have some bloke from Hope Valley got red carded and off for the game, they replaced him and West Croydon demanded a head count. To my knowledge that means total score stripped. But when we came out Hope Valley were singing the club song.It was gold beating them in the c's too,I had this absolute pole smoker on the eastern side of the ground yelling pathetic payouts all game to us and myself, made sure I went over to him after the game and gave him serve and an "up yours" just to make him feel like a bigger clown that he already is.........

we dont have enough yet probably about 15 players short. its growing the next couple of years we should have alot of lads come through from the school as we did this year. year 8, 9 and 10 teams at school are all coached by our players and there is alot of support that comes from the guys in year 11 and 12 at our games when there are no school footy fixtures.

fantastic day down at the valley then if thats the case and they go down in all 3 games. well worth the cost of a home final. well done to them.

We won the game fair and square - but unfortunately its in the tribunal's hands. Will provide more on the incident after that determination.
I'm proud of you fellas. You all kept your head on a swivel, and that's what you gotta do when you find yourself in a vicious cock fight!

Hopefully the Amateur league act sensibly on the matter and make a decision based on all of the facts from what actually happened.

What I meant was that we get the early edition of the Sunday Mail. We only get country scores. No city scores. ;)

Some clubs have the luxury of being able to afford home finals Blackandtheblue. Why did you guys play at Payneham again??

Long way to go in this finals series. Golden Grove will wipe the smiles off all your faces this week. Especially that bloke in your B grade (#21) who ran past and kicked a HV player who wasn't even looking and was lying on the ground. One of the lowest acts I've ever seen on a footy field. Football karma will deal with him in due course...
