I went back to work this week after 3 weeks off, however had this week and next booked for a good 5 week break using some LSL, but have started a new role in early March and thought Id be nice to the new boss and scale it back to 3 weeks, some serious questioning of myself going on right now...

My shit-stack is directed at my closest male work colleague who's taken two of the last three weeks off during our busiest time ever as we are finishing off 25 million dollar factory upgrades leaving me to carry his workload and my own (the two most stressful jobs on the site), he has came back this week with a stinking arrogant attitude and he's on his last strike with me.

He was meant to travel with me a couple of months ago to see how a similar plant runs, he refused to, I came back and wrote a 15 page summary of how we need to operate after the pages, he refused to read it, he now starts barking orders on how we need to run after 2 days of operation, he's pissing everyone off and keeps talking over the top of me or butting in, he'll be wearing a monitor as neck tie if he does it again.

Naming the first 22 for Round 1 this weekend, got 47 kids who have been slogging it out in pre-season for 10 weeks, just natural some kids are going to be disappointed, our second team doesn't start for another week so they can't put any form on the board this week. I don't have any issues during the season as you can base selection on form, Round 1 is the hardest of the year IMO
