Yes swamp i realise Whiskey won last year and has won before. Last year balak made the grand final but unfortunately they lost to..... oh our mob ha ha. But to make the finals and play the grand final, they had to be winning. Its all smiles when you are winning but when losing it is a whole new ball game. Lets just say, god bless his soul, Hayden is not the best loser going around and can get quite emotional which leads to anger and ultimately abuse. This, i believe will cost him votes this year. I am sticking with Evo but you're right rooster, umps dont always make the decisions we think they should or would.
And just in case Whiskey happens to read this, you are the best player i have ever seen or played against.

Still no thoughts on the side that dominated earlier possibly finishing 3rd after this round?

Was that response seeking gesture to the swamp Wedgie? My thoughts on the pies second half of the year...... well pretty bloody good id have to say. While we have certainly missed a shoo-in opportunity for a second chance, that most would have pencilled in 6 weeks ago, reality we have lost 3 games all year and just 2 in the second half of the year. Famous footy quote coming up.............................. if at the start of the year we could have taken what we have now we certainly would have. Bottom line is if you want a flag you have to play well in finals as you well know Wedgie, whether we have to play 2 or 3 games will not effect Mallala at all, particularly as we have the bye this week. In fact it may disadvantage us in some respects finishing top 2 as we could be faced with playing 2 games in 4 weeks, which is not ideal (however it would be a nice feeling)No matter who we play we deserve to be confident of winning that first final and we will be. Knowing how important finals experinece can be, if we dont play in a grand final we have certainly under achieved, based on how the team has developed this year. For me, based on what i saw of the Eagles last week, they too are not playing their best footy at the moment, but im certain theyll be bloody tough in a few weeks regardless of thier form at present.

Droppie the pies are doing the Wallaroo --> ferry---> Arno Bay ----> Pt. Lincoln run this year for the footy trip. Record attendance is expected, with over 45 deposits paid up. She'll get loose im certain of that. What about your crew droppie, id imagine Wedgie would be starter.

Enjoy the weekend boys, im goin fishin!

He was censored because what he posted could have brought this site into a litigation situation.

You can't name under age kids for hitting people, you can't claim that an organisation is rascist and you can't continually abuse other posters (including moderators).

I have no involvement with any clubs in the Adelaide Plains, so have no bias towards them.

This is a site to discuss football yes, but our friend crossed the line too many times.

Most of his posts were either insulting someone, contained allegations that were unsubstantiated or could not be understood.

He was also given several warnings, but chose not to desist. Sayonara.

Although Faxu"s posts was, well lets say "less tactfull" than they could have been I can tell you that there was no untruth to anything he said. This would have to be one of the most cencored forums I have ever come across, and you are all spossed to be big burly men who play a blokes game called footy pfft. The very reason the convisation on faxu come up is because some dim wit desided to throw a hook out for a bite.............If he was still here you'd get one..........and then whine like a pack of **** babies, oh ya can't say that, oh ya can't say this go and put a nancy strap on your tender ankles poopsy's. Although this will most likely get moderated, thats that of my chest

To the Viagra Footy Club, may they go belly up during thier 100th year and wallow in the morning phlem. Ther are some fantastic people who week after week put in 200% to TRY and make it worth while, handfull of players doin there best(hard to fly like an eagle when sarounded by turkeys) Darryl, the back bone of the VFC, Yogie for spendin a great deal of time helpin the under 14's better thier skills, Wez for the thurs night BBQ's and even to the two umps(can't remember their names) that always help the young players in all teams with possative comments during play. Lads won't be playing thier last game for the Rams, thier choice I may add, not one game or training night missed only to be benched to make room for locals that only want to play last game due to soccer season over. Whit a club ethic like that is there any wonder the A's like they are :? Its NOT racist, its just the virginian way.

Ive worked with Shane Stokes for near a couple of years, he was ousted from coaching for the very reason Chris won't be taking the role on again next year the VFC doesn't wanto move forward and never will, as a matter of factly nearly all possitions will be available in the new year  If this post is still not moderated here is a copy, word for word that has been givin to me to post here, it will appear in the news paper thingy they publish. There has been dispute that its too negative, but its quite the opposite, it was written as a LAST attempt as a cry for help.

Rams Review
Season 2007 has not been one to remember for the Rams. Lack of commitment has played a major part in the performance of both the A's and the B's. Until players show the desire to play at the highest grade possible, it is hard to see any improvement in the near future. After the dismisal of the appionted coach the fortunes were supposed to improve, but to the contrary they have deteriated to the point that many players, both B graders and under 17's are playing two games each saturday to field an A grade side. New coach Chris Campell has tryed his hardest to enthuse but at the moment he must be desprate for seasons end. Next year is the Rams centenary so lets the supporters rally and lift the Rams from the doldrums. They will have plenty of chances as the President, Secretary Treasurer and several Comittie members are not standing for re-election. The trophy presentation night will be held on Sept 22nd followed by the A.G.M. and later Karioke or Live Band will follow. It is hoped that the format will enthuse and will be the start of a new and successfull era for the Rams. On Sunday 2nd Sept our u/17 boys will be in action against Balaklava at Long Plains in the first Semi-Final, so ALL supporters give them a lift with your attendance. Roger Ram

I never said that it was untrue. But it was yet to be proven. Faxu had more chances than most to moderate his behaviour, and if he had done so he wouldn't have been banned. I would have the back up of site admin in this respect, and plenty of discussion did occur in regards to this situation.

If Faxu or your club were so concerned about the situation why did he/they not go to the league? Did you not have the courage of your convictions? Or are you just happy to snipe and whinge on an internet forum rather than take an active stance?

Continually repeating allegations of rascism and other illegal on field acts is cause for litigation if they have not been proven by law. Not by the Kangaroo Court of an internet forum.

Please guys, if you have any more to say on this PM me, or if you have a complaint about my actions, contact another moderator.

I Reckon this site has had the humour dry up a bit, fairly serious at present!

Let's get past all this conspiricy talk of cover-ups and whether so and so will bow out in straight sets and bring back the fun.

To be very honest Rooster, I think Mallala's form is on the wane and the is compounded by them having the bye in the last round. I would have preferred to lost a couple games spread out through the year rather than in the last 3 weeks as self doudt will creep in.

ok, point noted? :-s

I think you'll find that there is a lot of level heads in the squad and if i'm not mistaken their captain has played in a premiership with the Eagles Magoo's there wil;l be some self doubt, but that wiil also go for Longies who's form is good but not irresistable and hummocks with some experienced but tired legs, a lot of sore bodies on Sat that were nursed through, self doubt would be everywhere in the backs of a lot of minds come next week.

Yeah Rooster. Big Whiskey has done his knee and will need a reconstruction. Even though balak scraped into the finals, I think they'll really struggle against Mallala. I'm backing Mallala in a cakewalk.

Footy trip wise, nothing planned on United's end yet. Over 40 deposits is a fantastic effort Swampie which will set you up for a top post season piss up!

Boys your getting ahead of yourselves. Not sure which ladder your looking at Droppie, but i think youll find Mallala will be playing off in the 2nd semi vs united and the eagles will play balak on sun. Eagles appeared to flirt with thier form on sat and not fully knowing the consequences it has cost them. However i dont think this will effectt their chances. I thought wedgie's mathamatic skills would have worked out the equation pregame without assuming that a win was all that was required. Word has it that it wasnt until 830 sat night that Jaz and the lads realised that they needed to win by more than 9 points to get the double chance. :? and by the sounds of your voice droppie, i wonder if united have a clue whats going on either!

was never real good at maths Swampie and well done to you boys finishing second. You deserved top two and eages will be kicking themselves they lost to balak during the year. Could have made all the difference and maybe resting players against two wells will come back to haunt us.
I cant believe Balak have snuck into the finals. I feel sorry for the Roosters as from all reports they were pretty good sat. It would have been good to hang around for the game but had to shoot through. She was hot out there i'll tell ya in the dust bowl of wakey. I've got a few waterweeds stuck in my knee which will no doubt start to grow soon.
Upyamuva raised some serious concerns. You have to love the English language as he spelt about 3 words right but i was still able to make SOME sense of what he was on about.
Here is hoping united and mallala fight out a hard game on saturday with the result being a draw and 15 blokes get stretchered off with injuries that will keep them out for 4 weeks.
Hopefully the eagles can get over the peckers in both games sunday.

The hummocks are flirting with a trip to Mildura a i've heard on the afl grand final long weekend. Only whispers so far.
