After hearing Koster on the radio this morning you may be right shameless. He sounded like he had no idea.

Sharks, Seaton will not have to play Sacred Heart in the finals
this year.

Once they beat Modbury and then Districts they will be straight
into the GF and sacred heart will not make it.

Didnt Seaton go undeated until GF, get tee-shirts made up before the GF and some how lost the GF to SHOC's?

There was a story from the day after that GF that SHOC ran out of beer so they rang Seaton because they thought they would have plenty.

Ramblers with a great win over Modbury does anyone know why the old man of the side (paul marshall)
was at the medical clinic on old port road shortly after the game? Hopefully he is alright to face off with districts, which will be a great game at and great day at largs reserve with the a grade and b grade both facing off!! I bet big al would be spewing that districts get another big day at their ground!!

Surely districts will give some of the profits over, or will seaton earn enough from the car park tonight ?

yes very big game this week with port districts having scabbed players who couldnt make it at port magpies, i would be guessing they would be favourites with everyone else wanting them to lose.

That is correct. The biggest choke in the History of the SAAFL.1993 A2 Seaton won every game by a streak and smashed SHOC's in the qualifying final.Kenilworth belted St.Peters in the elimination final then lost to SHOC's in the prelim.Seaton apparently had a big night on the friday night and wore their "premiership" tees that night. They then got beaten by a point in the GF.gold story,Seaton still have not shaked the cobwebs of that loss, they have not won a GF since they beat Kenilworth for the A3 premiership in 1990 at Prospect
Can you bring a man to his feet when defeat is on repeat?

Does any one know??? Would think he would be a massive loss to the rams if he was injured.
Was at the shoc vs scotch game on the weekend, pretty much a wasted year for shoc. They have a fantastic list but not sure the coaching was up to it this year. Perhaps he should retire and concentrate coaching what could be a very good side.

Marshy was at the clinic after the game suffering from a condition via has effected thousands of people across the country since saturday. Suffering from the shakes and cold sweats when the reality of no horse racing was held on saturday. With foxtel being installed on betting on the races in south africa, marshy and his main source of income will be back to normal by the weekend. If only he posted all his tips on the betting pages here, we would all be rich

Sorry Barry but what players have they scabbed? Seaton in the same boat with a fair few boys that have tried out at the magpies. Will be a great game with match ups all over. I ma sure the big H will want to get revenge of the ANZAC day game, guaranteed to be a big crowd, oh the finals are here you can smell it in the air!!

Not sure if they'd have 8, but probably more than the Ramblers!

Some of their Magpies players were Districts juniors. Quite a few came to Districts first before being asked to train with the Magpies, or came in hope that playing for Districts would give them a better chance of getting a game with the Magpies (i.e. word of mouth)

Played with Adam Rosser (Scotch) in the GSFL where he lost his spleen after a nasty clash with a team mate. Seems he has had a great year considering its his first season back for a few years!

Footy Fan I reckon districts might need the profits to pay Lynchy's match payment.

Would Lynch really be on that much. There are far better players than him in that team that would deserve more than him. Have seen him play numerous times both SANFL and Amateur league and in my opinion he is very over rated and thinks he is a bit more important than he really is. One of the great football mysteries is how he ended up on Port Powers list. Perhaps his old man was mates with Mick Moylan or something.
