The wife and I were discussing last night whether they'll ever change the date of it, I then proceeded to say that Aust. Day and ANZAC Day are the only two public holidays that are celebrated on the actual date and not moved to the nearest Friday or Monday.
I pointed out that if ANZAC Day falls on A weekend there is no public holiday during the week for it, she didn't believe me and said "I know I'm right and if I'm wrong I'll run around the block naked".
Wasn't too impressed when I forwarded the link stating the facts.
