Let us put this to empirical test:
I just attended a job interview, clad in navy suit and black shoes.
Now let us wait and see if I get the gig...

Miss Boon ( nearly 17 and at TAFE ) has been at Hungry Jacks for nearly 3 years now, her job offer was on the back of her confidence in the interview.
Where's the job at?

Thanks pretty much what I thought. She's not looking at a particular role yet, just wants to begin getting her ducks in a row and then begin looking for casual role near home.

There’s no age set for when you can start work. But there are limits on the type of work you can do.
Most employers work on the ruling "If you're under 15 but over 13 you can work with parents permission"

I used my free minutes after 9pm and would chat to a girl for 9 mins and hang up and call back.
Would accidentally go over all the time and be charged, and have no credit for 2 weeks
