Beat Paralowie easily.

Trinity v St Pauls @ Trinity this week dogwatcher in the elimination final, should come down for a look if you're not playing yourself of course, should be a cracker!

Not being silly or anything, but I reckon Trinity will be hurting this week... A few massive hip n shoulders during the game certainly knocked the stuffing out of them. All St Pauls need to do this week is stop the TOS'ers from running... we tried, failed and thats why we lost.

Anyway goodluck to the remaining teams

Hope you're right Boxhead.
We know how they play it's just a matter of us getting it right on the day, as i've mentioned before their oval suits their game plan so it will be tough but hopefully we come up on top.

You coming out to watch any of the finals boxhead?

Are you serious? so you're curtain raiser before our game?
I'm assuming CLG B grade are playing before their A's, why do they get home ground advantage when they were the lowest finishing side in the finals yet Wingfield who finished top in the B's have to be split from their A's?

If this is the case what a joke!

Finals are..

CLG Vs Wingfield @ CLG

B Grade CLG Vs North Pines @ CLG

Trinity V Saint Pauls @ Trinity

B Grade Wingfield Vs Henley @ Trinity

The league takes into account that CLG A grade finished top of the ladder and earning the home final...ensuring there Bs play where ever the As do!

Not Scotty's fault.
He shouldn't have to defend it either.

Nice to see you posting again Scotty - where you been?

Equal top doesn't mean much though Riddler. Fact is they finished second. But I don't agree that both should have to go all the way out to Gawler to play, surely the Amatuer league could find a neutral ground closer for both clubs.

And I just had a look on the SAAFL site and it doesn't have venues confirmed for any game in any division yet, does anyone actually know if Trinity bought the game?

Yeah I know Pag i understand their thinking but don't make sense to me.

Trinity did buy the game and all finals venues are listed on the website under "Football Operations" then "Finals Information"

Riddler since when does a competion get run by the reserves?
ffs mate
clg finished top they get rewarded with home final
trinity the same
you cant have games being played left right and centre
clubs have limted volunteers as it is
why would trinity or clg pay $1000 and only get 1 game to try and get money back?
for once and only once i think they got it right
except my opinion is and always will be finals should be on a nuetral ground
adds to what finals are about with atmosphere etc
Some like to say Arrogant, I like to say confident.

Well said Horse.

I disagree with the home finals side of things though. I like the idea. Gives some incentive for finishing 2nd over 3rd, and 4th over 5th. If there were no home finals, our club would've played the last two weeks of the season with nothing to gain.

Please show me where i said they were? so off your high horse :D
Didn't say CLG didn't deserve the home final please read thoroughly, all i'm saying is not fair on Wingfield both grades had very successful years better than any other club in the comp yet get separated.

Riddler dont hold back champ.
It is obvious you disagree with Bradman as his theory is poor at best.
A's and B's are two different competitions with different players, coaches etc.
Why should a team that scrapes into the finals get the home ground advantage against a team which has been superior all year?
Once again the amateur league has stuffed up and screwed someone over. I have a good source telling me the people running the SAAFL have a combined IQ of 37.
I'm not one to cause problems but the SAAFL are a major disgrace :(
