Josh Mann can go too.

But Reflex, you're not the first person to mention that Ryan Burns is fleet of foot.

Cobby sent out a strong message to the comp - 100 odd point over third placed East Murray.
Rumour has it the Tiges had a few out though.
How many past the ton did Tilly go?

Waikerie beat Loxton by five goals at AAMI Stadium today. Roo did a pre-match address for the Magpies. Result saw a fired up Waikerie. Sounds like their were a few heated contests.

Well done to Tilly on his hunjy. Another good effort.

East Murray will have to regroup after that sort of thumping. Question is how will Anthony Lippis go next week? Could be a big key if Lyrup are to get through to the second week of finals. He could turn things around the Lions - the XFactor if you will.

Renmark posted a pretty easy win against Barmera-Monash...
The Roos lacked the intensity they showed in the first two games against Renmark.
Thought Nunan played pretty well though.
Bennett, Thorpe and Seekamp dominant for Renmark.

Who's the Riverland footballer garnering plenty of interest from the North Adelaide Football Club?

Speaking of the Roosters, was great to hear an interview with Rick Schubert on Tim Jackson's breakfast show on the ABC on Saturday morning. Learnt a lot about one of the stars of Riverland footy through that i/v. Amazing to think that he played in a Champions of Australia team which beat Carlton!

Dont you think West Adelaide could take a leaf out of NAFC recruiting book. Harry has played Key Possie at NAFC for a couple years now and done damn well yet Westies overlook him. Cohen has gone down and done ok and now it looks like they will do it again. it seems from the outside that WAFC may not want to go the extra yard to get sometalent out of their own district.

And Rick is a great bloke. I think he may have also played in the first game on Footy Park

Rick was the first man to run onto Football Park. He was captain of the Roosters reserves team at the time.

Played against the mighty Dogs!

yeah, was a good race. apparently the prize started off being 1000 bucks, went down to 500, and ended up being 3 footys for the club!
some of the organising yesterday was a bit poor, only got on ground 10 minutes before game started coz they were still mowing grass. we'd been told we'd get on half hour before. game itself was bit of a letdown, got jumped early and they had too many loose men in first half. their lead got out to 50 points and looked like it could be a blowout. played a little better in second half.

Catfish Will the Tiges rest a few in the dead rubber this week - 1/2 strength side probably cover roos at this point

another fine display of umpiring in the B's barry!! how can the rfl ever entertain the idea of 3 A grade umpires when you have galahs like that officiating in the early games??
