One of the most pathetic halves of football we have played in years. McGowan and Sainsbury are just shocking

Rogic has woken up and netted a cracker.

3-2 64th minute.

The Saudi's had seemingly been playing for a draw so far this half, will be interesting to see how hard they go now and if we can counter.

Less than 30k there. Not much atmosphere compared to footy or 20/20 but a fun crowd to serve.

They got 5k more v Tajikistan last year in a less meaningful game on a wet night. The difference? Ticket prices were significantly dearer this time. Something for the administrators to ponder...

Some good signs for the Socceroos with the upcoming games against Japan and Thailand. Aaron Mooy starring for Huddersfield, Tommy Rogic doing well at Celtic and Matthew Leckie scoring both goals for Hertha Berlin and remarkably both were scored with his left foot. So, the attacking part looks promising. On the other hand, I'm concerned about our defence. Matty Ryan has let in a couple of soft goals at Brighton, but if he holds his spot in the team he will be getting plenty of practice.
