i believe it can be used on the proviso that the tribunal will also go through the entire footage and if they find any other incidents they deem inappropriate they will rule accordingly..so thats the risk you take when offering up video footage..

Yeh I was inspired by the talk earlier about goal umpiring and decided to take it up. Im using the Morell theory 'go with the players reactions and guess from there'.. Turns out I must have done a poor job on the weekend

Played a game out there on a Friday night about 5 years ago.
Not sure if its the same bloke now, but the guy back then was happy to bend the rules.
Even the trinity full back over-ruled him on one it was that bad.
