Im fairly sure the China game is cost-neutral.

I had heard it cost $4m to play, but with sponsorship relating to the venture around $6m and building (some would be long term), there are probably some misinformed critics on here.

It has been. Just Bulldogs got away with 3 throws in a row. They were obvious as you could get.
Smart by them, when the play is running away from the umpire, they do it almost every time.
