It's great to have some really important key leaders announced and locked in for us at this stage. Brayzy was an obvious choice already looking at his efforts to get everyone excited about playing footy at our club in 2017 and has fast become a really respected figure in our club. Hopefully a sign of some really positive things to come.

Was just a question settle down!I heard whispers a while back he might be moving on, and i've seen clubs do that before - appoint a captain to keep them. Regardless it's a good appointment and good for Houghton to have him still. I've always felt a key position forward who can significantly impact games can be great leaders.
