Adelaide play next Sunday at Hindmarsh @ 1500. vs Perth.

I went to the game and Cassio was SUPERB !

He set up all three goals, with a nice touch to Djite for number 1, number 2 a superb cross from the flank landed on Petta's head in between
two Roar defenders, and number 3, a cracking free kick from the outside of the box that split the wall and hammerred in leaving Reddy NO CHANCE ! The man can play !

JTC, he is TRUE class.
Playing left back, shows a great defensive flair also (for a Brazilian this is rare !!).
The squad looks top notch this year, without the "old" men in Veart & Aloisi, the midfield looks
quick and decisive. Salley looks good, very close checking without getting done in like Aloisi used to.
They played Burns deeper on Sunday, and he made some fantastic runs through the middle of the park.
Petta looked fit and relaxed, the Dutchman can still play and will provide excellent linkage from Cassio
going forward. The 2 "seargants" in defence Valkanis & Costanzo still giving 100 %, along with Alagich
who is striking the ball and long passing as good as he has ever done. Through in Djite who is looking stronger
this year, with Spagnualo & Dodd showing great poise and the United Squad is looking good. Hell Agostino hasn't
pulled on a shirt yet, Sarkies has had limited time in the second half along with Pantellis, Giraldi hasn't played along
with a couple of new faces...Should be in for a good year...Only worry is not a fan of Bajic in goal..can't kick for S##T !
