i hate reynella with a passion, but i would be the first to congratulate milo when he kicks 100.

If it was that easy then there would be more then 2 players around the 100 goal mark.

Will be interesting to see if Milo plays this weekend - I'm sure he would love to bring up his ton against M/Vale

Real McCoy wrote:Pollard - 106 goals

Hackham - 40 goals

When a player has currently more goals than a side does i think fair effort.
As someone else has already stated, 100 goals in any comp is s great effort.

This actually backs up my argument.......look at my own side - now Tucker is a great player but I would say no full forward. He will kick over 50 goals this year - 20 of which were against Hackam....So by this argument he will more than likely kick more goals for the year than Hackam will.....interesting isn't it.......

If he kicks 127 for the year it will negate the hackham game anyway...

A very good effort (like i already said)

Jeez some of you blokes only read what you want to hear.....my comment was that it was a great effort by a great footballer......however if they had a big night over it then they need to sit back and re-evaluate......I know Polly would agree that at this stage kicking a quarter of his tally against 1 side is a joke....however kicking big scores against the power sides is a good effort....so once again tell me - take out the crap this year and has he kicked the ton....the answer is NO.......but also once again - he has kicked some bags against the good sides so at the end of the year he deserves some kudos;

What if he played on franky- he would have kicked more......blah blah blah.......I actually played on Polly and check the record....multiply it by 18 and he kick <40 for the year....FACT.....

The ton aside im sure polly would be honoured knowing that franky is hanging his hat on the fact that he kept him quiet on 1 occasion. Kicking a bag against "THE dogs" is an accomplishment all forwards would aspire to im sure. I bet if you asked him he'd give up every one of his hundred to kick a bag against THE hotdogs!!!!!!!

Brighton where all over us all day. We had the ball alot early but our skills where a big concern they wethered that then opened the flood gates. And kicked the big goals when it mattered when we looked like running over them. Small side but they play to their plan well ran all day and are good in tight. We played very average but credit to Brighton they were up for this one and I think in the end the scoreline flattered us to the contest they were a 6+ better side all day. Johnstone and King had it on a string they didnt get tackled to often either quick as lightning.

cheers for the report tight lines. Its good to hear someone from another team not get caught up in there own team and give credit to another team playing well. With some of the results in the last few weeks. All I can say is bring on finals footy. What I thought at the start of the year was a 3 horse race has know turned into a 6 team show down. this is what its all about. every team having the ability to have a win when they play there best footy on that day.

Imbersile.......the point was brought up and i responded....so there is no reason to come come back with poxy sarcastic remarks.....keep your comments at an intelligent level....

Question for you Lova - you ever played...cause i reckon based on your sly remarks you would have been a real cat......one of those 5 foot 2 tough guys who skirted the boundary lines and finished the day with white chalk on his boots.....I reckon the old dogs probably put the fear of death into you as well...and yes i'll wait for your intelligent comment on that......

And I did get towelled up once (and only once)....Uriseno from Cove kicked 5 in a half on me.....I still have nightmares to this day on that....no matter what i did - i reckon i smacked him in the back of the head that many times and he still didn't budge....mind you the delivery was fautless...

who do you blokes think will end up in 8th spot come the end of the season. the shoes or marion, makes for a big clash between the 2 sides in a couple of weeks. And yes i know it doesnt really matter as they will only be making up the numbers but it is still nice to atleast be there for a game in september

Noarlungas form in the second half of the season has been much better. So i would have to say the shoes.
Gives the boys a bit of a taste if they make it in the finals, even if it is only for one game. Not many upsets in recent years, but it might change this year!
