It's not like we're going to see issues of Biblical proportions, like you're suggesting - stuff like plague, rivers and seas boiling, cats and dogs living together.
But a lot of the funding and infrastructure provided by government is based around the census.
Well thank god for that. I was quite concerned that cats and dogs would begin living with one another once the information vacuum left by census 2016 is realised!
