Who cares if you've started training - knowing who you're playing and when isn't going to change how you train haha!
Really people don't need to know until a week or two until the season starts.
Using SACA as an example is stupid too - SACA doesn't have promotion/relegation, generally play all their games at the same venues each year, are highly unlikely to have many changes before the season and is much much easier to draft a programme.

Probably not.
One thing for sure is the season starts after the October long weekend normally, or has done for the past 30 years of my life, so book that date in for starters.
