Is Luke Brown a walk up start?

I would've thought 2 weeks out his not a walk up start.

Straight back in

Probably the only guy in our team capable of playing lockdown on small forwards - Cheney has done it but not against the quickest guys

Seeds and Mackay out for brown and laird is pretty much expected. Henderson has done really well and takes mackays role

Brown is pretty much our only matchup for Motlop if he goes forward.

I dont think Dangerfield knows how to go through the motions. There are games were he is not as effective, but the effort always seems to be there.

I've been guilty of saying he can't kick goals then he kicks four in a losing game .
We may see this week if his long kicks go to Geelong players rather than the other team

If you meant last week we might not have played well but we did win. I'm not really a stats man but I'd be interested to see his DE numbers. When the hype started I wasn't sure about Danger for that very reason. I thought it was a massive risk and I thought the draft might have been the go. But we didn't pay overs and we'd be a few spots lower on the ladder without him and another couple lower if we didn't Henderson and Smith.

It might be like the Danger v Fyfe "matchup" last season. They wouldn't play each other that close I reckon.

They've already had a match up, going by the stats Danger was the better player but most thought Sloane won the contest.

No worries hearing commentators this week bringjng him down but then they get on his bandwagon

I think him leaving has helped Adelaide get players more into the game rather than relying on one

Rielly O'Brien has been upgraded from the rookie list and is listed as an emg

Wonder if sauce has a niggle.

Wouldnt surprise me if Jacobs has a rest next week against Essendon

Apparently it was the deadline to be able to elevate one rookie during the year regardless of injuries so they gave it to O'Brien. Not sure exact reason but would be very surprised if he plays in 2016

Essendon and Brisbane the next two weeks, Adelaide rest Jacobs for one of them for sure.

Maybe, but Doc Clarke was quoted saying Sauce prefers continuity rather than a rest game and without sounding arrogant, he probably gets a rest in both those games anyway, a chance to throw JJ more in the ruck also possibly.

I imagine it's a precaution more than anything, just in case Jacobs gets hurt. There are contingencies for everyone else in the side, but not many ruck options.

Yeah that is arrogant. While Adelaide are clearly streets ahead of those two teams Leunberger has had a good season and Martin is no mug.

That's my point REB. Winning the ruck is not as important against those sides so pressure is relieved on Sauce regardless how good Martin and Leunberger are.

Arrogance at its finest, what are you up to now??? 7 wins in a row, thats huge, imagine if you make a Grand Final, that would be next level. Wish my team was in Adelaides position to rest players
