LMAO, Sir Elton has called for the internet to be shut down.

Are there any rich and famous people who don't have their heads up their own ar5e?

i saw this link and thought i'd have a look, already thinking "what a moron" in my head, but i can actually see what he's trying to say... the point he's making is that the future quality of music could suffer if people continue to make music in isolation instead of in the spirit of collboration and bouncing ideas of each other... so i can kind of see where his going. and the notion of shutting down the internet to witness the benefit of society was (hopefully) made in jest

my two cents worth is that technology can offer as much as it can take away

thom yorkes solo album attests to that (pretty much made on a laptop i would guess)... if the creative ability is already there then technology can help to bring it out
