With the unlimited amount of juniors they are allowed to stockpile I can't see it changing in the near future.

Explain your stockpiling juniors comment CF.
Do you seriously think if there was a cap on the amount of juniors for each SFL club that kids would choose to come and play at other clubs? Kids choose to play where there friends are, where there is a well organised junior program with good facilities.
Stop blaming the successful clubs and look in your own backyard to see why your club doesn't have the same level of success.
