Two-hit wonder then.

In an 80's sense, that's seriously prolonged success.

My opinion is do whatever the hell you want, so long as all parties consent. I cant even really see the problem in polygamy either really. Imagine having 3 wifes all nagging the shit out of you

Told my missus if I was ever going to do the dirty on her it would be with a woman who's a mute so I don't have to listen to her. Wasn't well received.

Hearing "The West" development at West Lakes on Max Basheer Reserve is in a pickle. People wanting to borrow the $400k+ to do house and land are finding the banks are not valuing the property any where near that high and several potential home owners are without the money as banks are not willing to lend that much against that property and are looking at their get out clauses.

Its on the wrong side of the shopping centre to be classed as the "fancy" part of West Lakes. It's just gonna be a western Playford Alive/Seaford style estate, like Largs North is.
H/L packages should be closer to $300k, especially considering the size of the blocks.

That's the kicker, "starting from $449,000" you're on about 390sq m at the top end block.

Everywhere I've gone has quoted $240.00 which is a bit rich in my mind...
Any ideas?
