I spoke to his manager yesterday and Cossie has been made a scapegoat for the whole group. the other two expelled were throwing food about the place and Mark's room was used by the everyone there as it was the only one equipped with the internet

I'm not sure if that makes him a scapegoat though.
Did he know the room was being used by others? Was he aware of the situation involving the mess?

IMO the expulsion is OTT. But I wouldn't say he was a scapegoat on what you've said.

yes he did his room was the only one equipped with the internet and X box I think so everybody had to use it the only crime he is guilty of is not doing his washing for a while and he was coming home on tuesday regardless of this to have surgery on his ankle.

And he's also guilty of allowing his room to be used in this way by others....

Amongst those players he's a senior figure, and could have shown some leadership by saying 'c'mon boys, that's not on, tidy up after yourselves'.
