Hourigan Leading goal kicker for me
Jesse Aish for the Mail Medal from Scott Paul

Don't discount the Jenkin brothers. Runner up 2014 and runner up and third in 2015. Third time lucky for one of them surely!

I think you are on the money with Hourigan Chopper
not sure about Aish will depend on his commitment at Norwood
Paul will have competition from the new boy in Matson,
A blonde curly headed lad will certainly come under the eyes of the men in white, blue, black, green, orange, pink
Or what ever colour they decide to wear this season

Probably not the nicest comment and who knows why he does what he does. I am not a fan myself but I don't think it a public forum is the place to defame him.

Grow up. What a pathetic comment. How many members of general public get done for that, are they (we) all hopeless drunks? Hardly. A wrong decision doesn't make you hopeless or drunk. Says more about your small minded judgement than anything else. Good luck to Matt or any ex AFL player or member of the public who makes the wrong the choice and moves on.

On a POSITIVE note, a player of his calibre playing in the HFL can only make the comp better.

Give me a break... One wrong decision! Do you walk around with your eyes closed. Jaensch is a train wreck, 3 times over the legal limit drink driving (oops), alleged indiscretion on a female at a nightclub and a pub fight. These are just a few the public know about, he's likely been sacked for another indiscretion which will probably surface sooner rather than later. Let's not gives this clown more credit than is deserved. Good footballer yes but his character has a lot to answer for. It's that that makes a man, unless you like putting people up on pedestals for what they do on a footy field.

Wow, isn't there a salary cap this season? I'd love to know how many Hahndorf senior players are on a paid contract this year? My understanding is its around 17 with the signature of Jaensch. And who is sporting the tag of marquee player?

From what I've heard Hahndorf have a fair few of their quality juniors that have come up on paid contracts (more than likely $50 a game) To thank them and so they know their efforts are noticed. Therefore they hang around the club they love and don't get tempted to leave for a few hundred a game which some could easily get. Also quality clubs get quality recruits without having to spend top dollar so can easily fit under salary caps

Hahndorf might not have him this year in a playing capacity if the rumour I hear is true.
