Seeing Jerome Randle live was awesome, he is electric. I have never seen DJ monster the boards like he did tonight, his outside shooting was still rubbish but when he got inside and played his role he was sublime. Sobeys 40 seconds game time was uneventful but his mini tanty when he got dragged wasn't. Big Dish had 13 from memory at quarter time and was on fire. Hodgson and Walker showed me very little. Ebi didn't see too much game time.
Really enjoyable night and quite profitable taking the 36ers to cover the spread at every quarter and coming home to a pleasant little div 5 cross lotto win. Good crowd and good atmosphere. Even got the George Costanza park.
Big 3 games on the road coming up. With Melbourne dropping a couple of games and us competing well with Perth if we can take a couple of scalps in the next 3 we might even be able to start thinking about the business end of the season.

Perth did us a favour tonight as far as fourth spot is concerned. Big game this Friday night to keep Cairns at bay.

For Josh Childress it was his first game back from injury but the Hawks got up 96-90.

Had a tough day playing Santa.
Fair effort from someone in a corporate box.
I found it hilarious that the Sydney player behaved like he was pouring acid on him.
Back in the day they threw a lot worse than beer on you at sporting events.

The NBL has slapped a season ban on the spectator who poured beer on Sydney Kings player Marcus Thornton during a game in Wollongong.
Thornton and the Kings received an apology from the corporate sponsor of the box, the NBL said in a statement.
