I went to bed a happy man last night The day started at 1.00 watched the VFL, Switched over to see the cats and swanee's after that watched news and before the game then St. Kilda Richmond finally finished off with the aussie beating the all Blacks great day of Sport.

I was there to know what went wrong, Carl Hayman got binned. Infringing in the ruck apparently, however it appears that that was a bad call. Doesn't matter, there must be the call or two that come our way.

You cannot lose the best tighthead prop in world rugby to the bin when you're playing against the Wallabies.

Seriously I think we benefitted from playing a 2nd string Springbok side in Sydney and were fortunate to cop an All Black side on its way back from playing on the Veldt. Saturdays result showed where we are at ATM.

The way we've played over the past two years a semi-final appearance for us will be a good result. NZ, the Boks and to al lesser extent France (based on teh fact they're playing at home) are the favs ATM, with Ireland on the back of their six-nations form a smokey....

We'd make the final if we catch the Boks or blacks on a bad day...

So do our umpires. How a Welsh referee got to do the last game of a Tri-Nations/Bledisloe decider is beyond me. He sucked hugely, even though he was blowing a lot....
